Glad Tidings Of Great Joy To All People

Glad Tidings Of Great Joy To All People

All humanity is craving after real, abiding joy, peace and contentment; therefore they are endeavoring with all their power, talents and energies, spending their time, health and wealth to secure this precious rest and satisfaction, but they have failed.

The Great Omniscient God who knows all about us tells us that “there is no peace to be the wicked.” Isaiah 57:21

The secret of all peace and joy is the work of righteousness, the righteousness which is God, by faith through our Lord Jesus Christ.  Isaiah 32:17; Phil. 3:8-9

A new born babe entering this world announces the fact by a cry and wail, the innocent tears rolling down his tender cheeks are testifying that he has come into a miserable sin-cursed world. The same babe grows to manhood, and at last passes away; if he dies as a sinner, you will hear that his last breath was as sad sigh.

Oh, dear reader do not be conformed to this world neither lay up any treasures, for all will pass away. The great God of love warns us as a Father warns his children that “we shall not love the world, neither the things that are in the world.”

“If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him, for all that is in the world the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye, and the pride of life is not of the Father but of the world.” “And the world passed away and the lust thereof, but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.” I John 2:15-17. Jesus says, “For what is a man profited if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul, or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” Matthew 16:26.

God through His great infinite love looked upon us with His unspeakable compassion and saw the sin, sickness, pain and woe of humanity, and also our awful future, the everlasting punishment; therefore, He hastened to protect us and provided pardon for guilty sinners and also a power to deliver us from the dominion of Satan and sin making us new creatures in Christ Jesus. Not only has He provided salvation for the soul but healing for the body, as it is written.

“By His stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5.

“Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknessess.” Matthew 8:17.

When through sin, a man’s physical body has become deceased, God has provided in Jesus Christ both cleansing and healing. Every man who meets God’s conditions will find full deliverance for Spirit, soul and body, and will be made free and happy.

Dear reader, God does not blame you because you have an evil heart which bringeth forth evil thoughts, lust, fornication, envy, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, unbelief, pride, and foolishness; or if you are a slave to appetites, liquor or tobacco, profanity or any impure habits, He does not blame you for He knows that you were shaped in iniquity and in sin, did your mother conceive you, Psalm 51:5. He knows there is nothing good in you and that you are born with a sinful heart. This is why, in due time when we were without strength.

“Jesus Christ died for the ungodly.” Romans 5:6-10.

Adam and Eve fell. First, they listened to the deceitful voice of Satan; Second, because they believed a lie of the Devil who said, “Ye shall not surely die,” and they doubted God; Third, because they obeyed the enemy and disobeyed their friend God, by taking of the forbidden fruit and eating thereof. Genesis 3:1-6. Therefore, they died spiritually by losing their divine fellowship and happy life in paradise; a little later they also died physically.

“So by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin and so death passed upon all men. for that all had sinned.” Romans 5:12.

But Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the representative of all mankind, left His glory, came down and took upon Himself the likeness of our sinful flesh, and caused this flesh to fulfill the whole law of God, satisfying God for our shortcoming, also our penalty and our very natural sin nailing them all to the Cross. By this He bruised the head of the old Serpent and restored above that which we lost in the first Adam, redeeming us from all sin unto Himself.

“For if by one man’s offense, death reigned by one, how much more they receive abundance of grace and of the gift righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.” Therefore, as by offense of one, judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one, the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.” “For as by one man’s disobedience, many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one many shall be righteous.” “That as sin has reigned through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 5:17-21.

Oh, Glory! Jesus paid it all.

“We were all like sheep gone astray, we have turned everyone to his own way, and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.” Isaiah 53:6. Therefore if any man be in Christ he is a new creature, old things are passed away, behold all things are become new and all things are of God who hath reconciled us to Himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation; For He hath made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. II Cor. 5:17-24. Wounded for our transgressions, the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5.

The question then is, how may a man receive this blessing of full deliverance?

“Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost; for the promise of the spirit is unto you and to your children and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.” Acts 2:38-39.
This is a wonderful truth. Men do not have to join any particular church nor conform to any creed of man, but can be saved eternally by simply changing their purpose, confessing their sins and accepting this great Savior, and believing with their whole heart that God raised Him from the dead and confessing Him as such before Him. Right here, God will change your heart or you will be forgiven and cleansed from all sin and unrighteousness and then you will be a candidate for receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost with the signs following, as in the days of the apostles.
This enduement with power from on High or baptism in the Holy Ghost;  or being filled with the fullness of the living Christ, will lead and guide you into all truth and will cause you to walk in His status, will also cause you to know His judgments and to do them. Ezek. 36:26-27.  He will make you an overcomer, I John 4:4. He will comfort you in your trials. This great salvation with spirit filled life are offered from God to “whosoever will.”

Oh, reader, the devil will cause you to put off the radical decision you ought to make now, but God say: This is the acceptable time and the day of salvation.

The devil will tell you, “You are too great a sinner,” but God says:

“Jesus came to save sinners.” “Christ died for the ungodly and if your sins are like scarlet, they shall be made whiter than snow, or if they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” Isaiah 1:18

The tempter will tell you: “You cannot hold out,” the temptations are too great for you; and you are weak. God says, he will never leave you nor forsake you. And He gives power to the faint and to them that have no might. He increaseth strength. Isaiah 40:20. “He can keep you from falling.” Jude 25.

“He was tempted in all points like as we are, and He is able to succor them that are tempted.” Hebrew 2:18d.

The devil will set your eyes upon backslidden and hypocritical so called Christians, but God, says:

“Every one of us must give account for himself.” And looking to Jesus the Author and the finished of our faith.” Hebrew 12:2.

The devil will try to make you rest in your self-righteousness, because you are a member of a church or you are a good moral man, but God says:
“We all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” And, our righteousness is like a filthy rag, and there is none good, no not one.”

“Therefore we must be born again,” John 3:3-5. “Not by work of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost which He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior.” Titus 3:5-6.

He that has ears to hear, let him hear and choose for himself, Christ or the devil; life or death, happiness or misery; heaven or hell.  Reader, redeem your time for the days are evil. Be filled with the spirit, for God is pouring His Holy Spirit upon all nations. Be ready for Jesus is coming soon.
