“I know a man who told me that he wished he had been ltaught how to pray when he was younger. Since I know that this was true in my own life, I felt that it was necessary to include a chapter on this topic. Even the disciples of our Lord asked Him to teach them how to pray in Luke 11:1.”

Ronald Harper was not raised in a Pentecostal home. He did not learn the Apostolic doctrine until the age of eighteen. Some men in the church he attended in Germany taught him a home Bible study. This teaching he received fuels his passion to share the gospel with others. He has helped with jail and nursing home ministries in Louisiana; however, his burden has always been home missions. A portion of the proceeds from all his book sales are given to home missions under the administration of the church he currently attends. Ronald is a member of the United Pentecostal Church of Burlington, North Carolina, and his pastor is Kenny Godair. Ronald likes the study and to write books and poetry. His first book was called The Quest For True Apostolic Doctrine. Ronald and his wife, Cathy, have six children and two grandchildren. They also have two Chihuahuas, Taco and Cocoa.
